YARROW works exclusively with people with learning disabilities (service users) with all levels of need. We have a unique track record of working with service users and their families to improve the quality of their Iives. We listen to our service users - to what they want and support them to achieve their aspirations in life. This will include going out to work, forming relationships, living on their own or learning a new skill. Our Person Centred review system guarantees that support needs are identifed and action plans are revised constantly.

Our services push the boundaries of even the Government's recommendations on the need for social inclusion, and for people with learning disabilities, and their families, to have greater choice and control over where and how they live.

It is this focus on individualised, long-term solutions, for those people with even the most complex and challenging needs, that underpins our commitment to developing partnerships. We work across a number of West London Boroughs, with a diverse range of organizations and agencies including Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Advocacy Groups, Registered Social Landlords and Specialist Clinical Teams.
