You do not need to have previous experience of care work. You do, however, need to be committed to the rights of people with learning disabilities and have an enthusiastic and caring approach. Yarrow offers most positions on a full-time, part-time and job-share basis; some roles involve working from Monday to Friday; others involve shift work on a 24-hours basis.
