We do this through our extensive Learning and Development programme and providing opportunities available for staff to work in a different range of services, with service users who have varying levels of need.

Yarrow offers lots of opportunities for people interested in working with individuals with learning disabilities. You do not need to have previous experience of care work. You do, however, need to be committed to the rights of people with learning disabilities and have an enthusiastic and caring approach.

Yarrow offers most positions on a full-time, part-time and job-share basis; some roles involve working from Monday to Friday; others involve shift work on a 24-hours basis. Whatever your commitments outside of work, we will do our utmost to find a working pattern which suits you.
