Registered Care Homes

Yarrow accommodates no more than 6 service users in any of our homes, the average occupancy of our shared houses is less than 4. Each user has a Keyworker who keeps the rest of the team abreast of changes in their needs and inducts new staff on the specific support requirements of that person.

Our Registered Care Home package includes a comprehensive Day Service that is meticulously designed by competent and skilled staff to meet the individual aspirations and support needs of every service user. This service is unique to Yarrow.

At Yarrow, we focus on looking at people as individuals so that we can support them in bringing out their potential. We assist them in discovering their particular interests, their distinctive skills and their specific dreams and aspirations.

Every service user has access to The Gate, Yarrow's own unique learning and skills centre, which service users from Yarrow and those from other learning disabilities services, can utilise to pursue their own preferred interests and activities.

Yarrow supports over 70 people with complex needs within their home boroughs. Complex needs include mental health problems, physical disabilities, Aspergers syndrome, Huntingdon's disease, Alzheimer's and Autism.
