Training & Learning Opportunities

Yarrow recognises the need for continuing development, empowerment, support and appraisal for staff at all levels, and provides a comprehensive internal Training & Learning Programme.

We promote different ways of learning across the organisation and ensure all staff within Yarrow, whatever their level of work, and whatever their level of experience, have accessible opportunities to learn.

We provide individual tutorials, advice, mentoring, peer support groups and team development, as well as delivering over 40 courses.
