Learning Together

The process and development of Yarrow's Training & Learning programme has involved some of the people who use our services in both assessing what staff need to learn, and also in the delivery of training.

We aim to increase this involvement by providing a 'Training the Trainers' course for people who use our service, with the aim of enabling them to delivering the training.
